Hey, I’m Sini (she/her), a certified yoga teacher (RYT-500 hatha, vinyasa and yin) and a coach for highly sensitive introverts. My mission is to help highly sensitive persons (HSPs) and introverts feel more calm, energised and balanced so they can pursue the kind of meaningful life deep down they know they are meant to.
I’ve found yin yoga to be one of the most powerful tools for working with our nervous system, especially for HSPs. Yin yoga is a calm style of yoga — it allows us to release our emotions and feel more calm and grounded because of the energetic effects that happen in our body’s meridians and in our fascia.
