Hi, I’m Sini - the Introvert Yogi

I help highly sensitive introverts feel less stressed and overwhelmed so they can live a more calm, balanced and purposeful life. I’m a certified yoga teacher (RYT-500), a solution-focused coach (LCAF Finland) and a Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher-in-Training.

As an introvert and highly sensitive person (HSP), I especially love empowering other fellow introverts and HSPs recharge, find inner stillness and balance. I do this through a combination of yoga, meditation, self-compassion, mindfulness and breathing techniques, coaching and mindset work, all designed to help highly sensitive introverts integrate more self-care and cultivate more self-compassion, karuna, in their busy lives. Sensitivity is a strength but to make it work for us, we need to fully understand and embrace it, and know how to harness it for our success. My pronouns are she/her.

Yoga classes

Feeling drained and often overwhelmed and stressed out? Like there’s too much going on outside but also a constant 24/7 internal chatter you can’t seem to switch off? If you’d like to take some quality time for yourself for self-care, gain more flexibility and find more moments of calm into your life, 1:1 online yoga classes could be a good fit for you. You can practise yoga from the comfort of your home whenever suits you best.

I make yoga available for all levels and bodies. You don’t need to be flexible to start practising yoga. You don’t need to know the names of the postures or be a meditation pro. Zero expectations: you just need to show up for yourself, roll out your mat and be willing to be present.

Coaching

If you are a highly sensitive introvert, you probably often feel drained, overwhelmed and exhausted, especially after social situations. Other people around you maybe call you too “sensitive” and make you feel like you are overreacting to everything. Maybe you easily soak up other people’s feelings and energy. You probably want to please everyone, and drawing boundaries is hard.

Currently I offer 1:1 coaching sessions to help other HSPs and introverts get clarity on their goals and support them in their journey towards a more purpose-driven and less stressful life.
